Hello ,
In the first place , my name is Marius and i am from Romania.
I opened this topic asking for help and maybe helping others who wants to make this kind of suspension for VW Golf/Jetta..
I want to use Rubena 130/3 air bags but i have a few problems :
- the diameter of my shock absorber is 55 mm an the interior diameter of the bag is 53,6 mm
- when i turn left/right the shock absorber is moving too but his shaft is not moving.

To solve the first problem i want to make the red part and to weld it to the shock absorber like in the picture and for the second problem i want to use two O Rings to sealed the air inside.
Any opinion is welcome and I would like if possible, ideas and tips from you.

Glad to see you on the forum))
Your idea may work but you have to try all of the reality on the car.
At the bottom of the shock absorber can be cooked to no problems, and the upper-ka do better on cushions cockpit.

My English is also not perfect))

Cushion cockpit bag have the interior diameter 45 mm and my shock absorber have 55 mm.
Do you think i can weld the lower part to the absorber without it explode ?
The big problem is with the upper part..
Like i said before , the shock absorber it spins when i turn left or right but the shaft don't.. It is fixed to the chasis

Another thing i want to ask you , i notice that the after market air ride
kit's they don't have the anti roll bar suport.. What i do about thi case ?
